Educador de Enfermería Como Educador de Enfermería, desempeñarás un papel clave en apoyar a los pacientes conectándolos con recursos aprobados por el programa y ofreciendo educación personalizada sobre el manejo de enfermedades crónicas y terapias prescritas. Este rol está diseñado para empoderar a los pacientes, promover la adherencia al tratamiento y fomentar un diálogo significativo con los proveedores de atención médica. Responsabilidades clave Facilitar conexiones entre pacientes y recursos educativos aprobados. Ofrecer educación y capacitación directa, específica de la enfermedad, relacionada con medicamentos prescritos. Apoyar múltiples estados y terapias de enfermedades según sea necesario. Promover el cambio de comportamiento a través de educación centrada en el paciente para mejorar la adherencia al tratamiento. Fomentar una comunicación efectiva entre los pacientes y sus proveedores de atención médica. Ser responsable de la interacción directa con los pacientes enfocándose en la adherencia y persistencia, con un sólido entendimiento de datos clínicos y farmacología. Demostrar excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo, planificación y multitarea, así como habilidades efectivas de presentación y motivación. Trabajar de forma independiente y adaptarse a responsabilidades y entornos cambiantes. Se requiere dominio de Microsoft Office y tecnología iPad.
