Senior Associate, Workers' Compensation

This role is hybrid out of Pennsauken, NJ - minimum of 1 day per week in office At BAYADA Home Health Care, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster who shares our mission of caring for people — ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy, integrity, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Manage and resolve workers’ compensation claims with compassion and fairness, from first report through closure Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost-effective resolution Handle a caseload of 100–150 active Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and best practices Excellent communication and active listening skills — with a genuine desire to help others Ability to mentor and train others Benefits and Culture: Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education A supportive, collaborative culture built on compassion and respect Compensation: Base Salary: $70,000 – $82,000 / year, depending on qualifications Bonus opportunity available Weekly pay Work life balance: Monday–Friday 8:30‑5:00 pm hours If you believe in caring for those who care for others, we’d love to hear from you.
