What Your Day Looks Like

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You'll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You'll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed.

An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while adhering to safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
