Providence Mission Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab RN for a travel position in Mission Viejo, California. The ideal candidate will work from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, five days a week for a total of 40 scheduled hours per week. The assignment will last for 13 weeks, starting on June 30, 2026, and ending on September 29, 2026.

The role requires the candidate to be open to working weekends, with a possibility of exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs. Call is required, and the candidate must be willing to float to Providence Mission Laguna if needed. The hospital is an acute care facility with 488 staffed beds and offers free parking. The scrub color for RNs is royal blue, and the charting system used is Epic.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab
• Skills in procedural sedation administration/monitoring, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, and monitoring procedural sedation

Travel Compliance:

• SSN and DOB required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
• Can only sub to one Providence facility at a time
• Locals accepted at lower BR rate
• Background policy requires disclosure of license/BG hits up front
• Return staff policy allows return after 3 months

• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
• Communication devices provided by the client or agency
• Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent
