Production Associate II

Entry-level production associate role supporting cancer diagnostics manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include buffer preparation, reagent dispensing, label application, finished goods kitting, and documentation within a regulated GMP environment at Abbott's Madison facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffers and perform manual dispensing of reagents for diagnostic production
• Support automated fill, cap, and label processes; perform kitting of finished goods
• Generate and assist with nonconforming material reports, change orders, and investigations
• Manage inventory via KANBAN system for raw materials, intermediates, and spare parts
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and cleaning of production laboratory spaces

Requirements

• Associate's degree in life sciences or high school diploma with 2+ years relevant experience
• 1+ years general laboratory experience through prior employment or education
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in GMP settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software applications
• Legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship needed
• Physical capability to lift 40 lbs, stand 80% of shift, and use lab equipment
