Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience in school-based settings, ideally working with students of varied ages.
• Valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational teams, families, and other service providers.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs.
• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions targeting communication disorders.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports as required by school policy.
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student growth.
• Providing guidance to educators and parents regarding student challenges and intervention strategies.
