Position Overview Agency is seeking a Childcare Recruiter and Family Placement Coordinator to exceed hiring goals, increase childcare services and improve our company's processes in order to meet market demand. The role involves business, sales, recruiting and vetting nanny candidates, interacting with client families, and providing excellent customer service. Time Commitment This is a full‑time, long‑term position scheduled Monday through Friday, typically between 8:30 AM and 5:30/6:00 PM. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be required. The role offers a hybrid arrangement, combining in‑office and remote work. While the primary location is Short Hills, NJ, the candidate must be willing to travel to our Bedminster and Short Hills offices as directed by management. Position Duties Providing wonderful customer service to client families and nanny candidates Doing general office administrative work Recruiting and vetting nanny candidates; processing new nanny applications, verifying references, and initiating background checks Providing general childcare development (such as training sessions) Basic marketing, including social media outreach Transcribing correspondences Scheduling: coordinating interviews between Placement Managers, Nannies, and Client Families; managing the agency's master placement calendar Ideal Candidate Creative, energetic, and willing to complete all tasks necessary to increase hiring and sales levels Able to work and solve problems independently and as part of a team Multitasker with strong time‑management and organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks and open projects simultaneously Able to take direction and also initiative Self‑starter who completes tasks efficiently when working remotely Comfortable and confident using technology Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organized and detail‑oriented Able to handle curve balls in a fast‑paced environment Able to navigate challenging conversations while providing excellent customer service Someone who remains composed easily and manages a high volume of emails and phone calls effectively Seeking a loyal, long‑term employee General Qualifications Minimum 2‑4 years of recruiting experience or a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Management, or a Childcare‑related field; marketing/sales background is a plus Able to consider the unique needs, preferences, culture, and goals of a family when pairing nannies and families, respecting all cultures, religions, and socio‑economic levels Able to evaluate the working environment before placing a nanny Able to increase the company's overall clientele and revenue Compensation and Benefits Pay: $18 to $24 per hour, depending on fit and experience; training wage may differ; a commission‑based structure is possible for the right candidate Signing bonus after 60 working days 401(k) match at a typical rate of 3.5% to 6%, profit sharing, paid sick leave, personal paid time off, rollover of personal time, and a healthcare stipend; additional benefits may be offered following probationary completion Positive culture: supportive, mission‑driven environment where organizational skills directly impact families Growth: opportunities to take on increased responsibility within the placement process as the agency expands #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nanny Smith
