Caregiver Position At Balfour – LouisvilleWe are seeking talented and team-oriented Caregivers to join our Balfour – Louisville community. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.Schedule Available:Tuesday-Saturday 6:30am-2:30pmTuesday-Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pmFriday/Saturday 6:30am-2:30pmPay: $18-20/hrWhat will I do every day?Assist residents with simple requests as neededSupervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activitiesProvide companionship and develop strong resident relationsRespond to emergencies according to policies and proceduresDocument care provided to residents consistentlyProvide input to assure that resident individual service plans are currentReview 24 hour report and care check lists regularlyPass medsWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school education or GED equivalent preferredSpecial Requirements/Certifications I may need?First Aid certification and CPR, if requiredMust meet state training requirements and/or certificationsNursing Assistant Certification (CNA) if requiredPCA if requiredQMAP requirements must be metWhat's in it for me?
