About the Role The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical oversight and nursing services across assigned HCS/TxHML provider sites. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, managing delegated nursing tasks, and ensuring compliance with Texas Board of Nursing standards and state regulations. The RN operates with a high level of independence while supporting multiple locations, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring quality care delivery. This position is structured as an Independent Contractor (1099) role, with full-time hours based on caseload and service needs. The role requires flexibility to travel between sites and manage competing priorities while maintaining compliance and timelines.
