What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training About Training Wheels ABA Training Wheels ABA is a locally led, organically grown ABA provider serving families throughout the Austin area through clinic-based and in-home services. Qualifications An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing. Hold and maintain applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs, if applicable. Experience supervising behavior intervention programs. Strong organizational and leadership skills Superior relationship-building and communication skills.
