Mammography Tech I, Registered

Perform all types of mammographic images. Produce quality images. Maintain infection control procedures. Able to perform special procedures and set up for: needle localizations, galactograms, specimens, stereotactic biopsies, and U/S guided biopsies, and specimen procedures. Document all procedures timely and accurately. Assume responsibility for Quality Improvement activities. Stock and organize work area.

Experience/Education: Registered with the ARRT, required. Certified in Mammography, required. Must be knowledgeable in performance of all routine and special views, 1 year of experience preferred. Must provide proof of ongoing continued education. Must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate compassion and support for each patient.
