Customer Service Representative(Manufacturing)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely professional problem resolution in accordance with established service standards.

This is a Level I position requiring 03 years of experience . The Customer Service Representative will handle primarily basic and routine customer interactions while developing knowledge of the organizations products services and customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email .
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to basic customer questions and concerns.
• Receive and/or place routine customer service telephone calls.
• Assist customers with questions regarding company products and services.
• Identify and resolve simple customer problems in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze customer service needs and communicate relevant information to service and technical departments .
• Escalate more complex customer issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
• Follow established organizational service standards and procedures.
• Develop knowledge of company products services and customer support processes.

Qualifications

• 03 years of customer service or related experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
• Ability to learn company products services and procedures.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision and receiving ongoing guidance.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer needs and issues to internal departments.

Reporting Structure

This position typically reports to the Customer Service Manager .
