Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. The role involves executing a wide range of in‑store tasks: Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs Following planograms and client‑specific directives You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution on every project. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and maintain displays, endcaps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, surveys, and images associated with each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and in teams of two or more people; provide solution feedback. Use virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Scheduling / Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early‑morning hours are possible, and holidays based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Follow all directives and execute fully. Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team: local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Cultivate and sustain collaborations with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Leadership & Cross‑functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership. Set high standards for behavior; foster a positive work environment; ensure transparent, respectful communication. Work across all company aspects and cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success. Age / Eligibility Must be 18 or older due to insurance requirements. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible availability Monday–Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb a ladder up to 10 feet. Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Communication Skills Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use a smartphone for clocking, photos, downloading apps, and accessing the internet. Respond within 24 hours of field service management contact. Education High school diploma or equivalent typically required. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication. Technology Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Must navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated timeframe. Work collaboratively and autonomously. Transportation and Travel Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills. Sound decision‑making, good judgment, problem‑solving. Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
