Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to utilize their mechanical expertise to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly productive working environment.

salary: $62,400 - $70,720 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical breakdowns, service motors/production equipment, and adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints to install new production equipment and fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks while inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.
• Train production workers on how to conduct routine preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and submit accurate maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
