Responsibilities:- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Deliver meals promptly and check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, fostering a seamless dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Process payments accurately, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of their dining experience with us.
Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
Attentiveness and patience with customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Team spirit.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
