Acute Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient - Days

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care within the Acute Medical Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients.
