Shift: 4x10 Days (7am-5:30pm) Requirement description : · Must have a minimum of 24 months Cath Lab experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED
· Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] 
· Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active PALS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· Active TNCC certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Driver's License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] 
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Wyoming

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must have active state license to practice at time of submission

On Call Requirements : To be determined by the facility
