Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher provides a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children birth to 2½ years old.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in ECE, Child Development, or related field.
2 years of infant/toddler experience.
Knowledge of child development and DAP.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
Must meet licensing and background check requirements.
Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
Supervise children and classroom staff at all times.
Support children's development and maintain required documentation.
Communicate with families and staff professionally.
Maintain a clean, safe classroom.
Follow all licensing, health, safety, and program requirements.
Attend required meetings and training.
Physical Requirements

Lift children up to 40 pounds and participate in daily classroom activities.
Schedule

Full-time with reliable attendance and punctuality.
Bilingual skills preferred.
