Position Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) – Home Health What you’ll do In partnership with the Case Manager, provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team. Results are confidential and used as part of the hiring decision process. Compensation $110,000 – $125,000 per year.
