Clinical Nurse

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care within a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential for developing and communicating individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Key Responsibilities Promote a healing environment through patient and family education on post-treatment care and medication management. Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards, along with professional development. Assess patient needs holistically, considering preferences, values, and barriers to involvement in care. Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with team members, patients, and families. Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practice at all times. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; RN license required. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. Experience in operating room settings is highly valued. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Additional Details This role involves an 8-hour workday, with call responsibilities once weekly and every 7-8th weekend, requiring a 45-minute response time.
