Porter/Groundskeeper

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [304] apartment units. Las Colinas at Black Canyon 34000 N. 27th Dr Phoenix, AZ 85085 Our hourly pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Pick-up trash Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
