Five Star Staffing is actively hiring EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAKE-READY TECHNICIANS throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex!
If you know how to get an apartment move-in ready, can handle repairs, and take pride in getting the job done right, WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM!
APARTMENT MAKE-READY OR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION!
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns.
- Perform painting, drywall repairs, and touch-ups.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Complete minor appliance and general repairs.
- Complete assigned work orders and punch lists.
- Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready on schedule.
- PREVIOUS APARTMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to work.
- Background screening and drug testing required.
