We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Retail Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an on-site position offering hands-on experience in customer engagement, retail marketing support, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and interested in developing professional communication and leadership skills within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of in-store marketing and customer engagement initiatives

Represent client brands professionally within partnered retail locations

Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately to customers

Build positive customer relationships through strong interpersonal communication

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support campaign goals and daily operations

Participate in training sessions related to client products, compliance standards, and customer service expectations

Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and retail partner guidelines at all times

Assist with tracking customer interactions and campaign performance metrics as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively

Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance preferred
