Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS‑addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC‑6236), a RAS(ON) multi‑selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC‑6291), a RAS(ON) G12C‑selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC‑9805), a RAS(ON) G12D‑selective inhibitor; and RMC‑5127, a RAS(ON) G12V‑selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity Revolution Medicines is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to support mass spectrometry‑based proteomics workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career scientist to gain hands‑on experience in proteomics within a drug discovery environment. This role will focus on executing established laboratory workflows, maintaining high‑quality data standards, and supporting the development of new capabilities within the team. Training will be provided for specialized techniques and instrumentation. In this role, success will come from consistently executing workflows with accuracy, maintaining well‑documented experiments, and building technical proficiency over time. As a key member of the Proteomics group within our dynamic Chemical Biology team, you will: Perform sample preparation for bottom‑up proteomics workflows using established protocols with high attention to detail and consistency. Execute and help improve automated proteomics workflows. Support routine instrument operation, maintenance and quality control of LC and MS/MS instrumentation. Accurately document experiments and results in lab notebook and other electronic records. Generate reliable, high‑quality data to support project decisions. Work with project scientists to process and analyze data and contribute to the design of new experiments. Required Skills, Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field. 3‑5 years of hands‑on laboratory experience (academic lab experience acceptable). Experience with basic biochemical or cell biology techniques (e.g., SDS‑PAGE, Western blot, protein quantification, or cell culture). Strong attention to detail, organization, and record‑keeping skills. Demonstrated ability to follow protocols and perform routine tasks with consistency and accuracy. Excitement around learning new techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to proteomics workflows or mass spectrometry (LC‑MS/MS). Experience with automated liquid handling systems. Experience with sample preparation for proteomics. Base Pay Salary Range

$91,000 - $110,000 USD
