Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The LPC will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient clinical setting.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual, family, and/or group counseling, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, and other providers to support comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, organized, ethical, and committed to helping clients improve emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Licensed Professional Counselor required. Experience with children, adolescents, trauma, behavioral concerns, or psychological testing referrals is a plus.
