Chik-fil-A North Haven is hiring Opening Morning House Team Members. We are ready to hire an outgoing, excellent communicator, who always wears a smile. Our Morning Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service by delivering "second-mile" service, greeting guests with a smile, taking and fulfilling orders accurately, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. The Front of House is a fast-paced environment. This position is a highly interactive role centered on delivering genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The selected candidate must be able to handle high-volume crowds without compromising accuracy, efficiency and kindness. Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in the Front of House (Front Counter, Drive-Thru, or Dining Room)
• Prepare all food with accuracy, speed, and quality
• Provide "Second Mile" service to both Team Members and guests
• May work outside in our Drive-Thru operation
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A North Haven rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere
• Project a reliable and diligent attitude toward completing daily tasks in all situations
• Commit to the safety and security of all other team members and guests
• In some situations, be personally responsible for cash transactions
• Commitment to our Restaurant Vision

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Responsible, accountable, polite, and organized
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Team Leaders, Operation Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
• Willing and eager to learn new skills
• Must be a strong team player who works well with others

Compensation: $16.94 - $17.25 per hour
