Responsibilities Adhere to the policies and procedures of club sports and Colorado School of Mines Attend as many practices and games as possible Assist with tracking Physical Activity (PA) credit & proctoring exams Promote and ensure the safety of the team and condition/operation of corresponding facilities Structure and plan practices and training sessions Develop and implement team game plan and communicate this plan to the players Develop each player’s potential and encourage excellence in execution and performance Provide positive feedback and post-game analysis to the players Contribute to the recruitment and retention of players Provide leadership and guidance to build and sustain team morale Partner with student club officers on any other or necessary administration of running the club Positions and Salary Baseball asst $200 per month Ice Hockey head $300 per month Men's ultimate head $300 per month Men's ultimate asst $200 per month Men's ultimate asst(2) $200 per month Women's lacrosse head $300 per month Women's lacrosse asst $200 per month Men's soccer head $300 per month Men's soccer asst $200 per month Men's rugby asst $200 per month Women's rugby asst $200 per month Men's water polo head $300 per month Men's water polo asst $200 per month Women's water polo head $300 per month Women's water polo asst $200 per month Cycling head $300 per month Cycling asst $200 per month Women's Volleyball head $300 per month Men's Volleyball head $300 per month Successful completion of a background investigation is required for this position.
