Systems Developer

Overview We are looking for a Systems Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. Responsibilities Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance Qualifications Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and the ability to explain how your solution solves problems Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) and detail-oriented Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required Benefits This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position You can choose which projects you want to work on You can work on your own schedule Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work Notes Payment is made via PayPal.
