About the Role:

Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a skilled Tech 2 to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in homeowners' lives by delivering expert foundation and basement repair solutions. Responsibilities:

Perform foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement restoration services at residential and commercial job sites

Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for foundation and structural repair work

Assist in the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, wall anchors, and crawl space encapsulation

Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site regarding project progress

Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job

Support lead technicians and crew members to ensure timely project completion

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces

Strong work ethic with a reliable, team-oriented attitude

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or repair work

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
