Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Prior experience providing SLP services in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Conduct therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting approaches for diverse learners
• Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required federal, state, and district guidelines
• Support students’ participation and achievement in their academic and social environments
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and updates on student progress
