Hospital Sales Specialist - Milwaukee, WI

You're a results-driven hospital sales professional with strong clinical credibility and experience navigating complex health systems. You're known for building trusted relationships, operating with integrity, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive access and adoption. You will serve as the hospital sales specialist within an assigned territory, meeting all sales objectives for Chiesi USA's CARE promoted hospital products and upholding the company standards and expectations. Must live in the area of assigned territory of Milwaukee, WI.

You'll be responsible for:

• Quarterly/Annual Sales Objectives Attainment & Promotion
• Develop, update, and adhere to territory business plans
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Rapidly gain proficiency with products and sales tools
• Manages territory budget within assigned Company guidelines

You will need to have Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited university, Two years' pharmaceutical industry sales experience, Excellent communication skills, Proven organizational and territory management skills, Strong relationship building skills, Proficiency in presenting scientific information utilizing visual aids, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), Valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record, Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing processes.

Compensation The annual base pay for this position ranges from $135,540 to $155,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
