As a member of the back of house team, you will support the kitchen team, prepare food quickly and accurately, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

As a member of the back of house team, the roles include preparation, breading, machines, dishwasher, and packaging.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of hire
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Work well under pressure
• A team player
• Always deliver desirable food timely that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized
• Use all maintenance systems to ensure food quality and safety
• Use all appropriate safety equipment
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning list
• Complete your continuous training checklist
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Must be available between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. or full availability
• Must have at least four days of availability (including Friday and/or Saturday)
