Lead Direct Support Professional
Hope Network
Hope Network seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional for a 7am–7pm shift supporting adults with disabilities and mental health needs in a community-based setting. In this leadership role, you’ll provide hands-on daily living assistance, facilitate skill-building and community integration, administer and document care plans, and model trauma-informed, person-centered support. You’ll mentor DSP staff, coordinate with clinical teams, ensure safety and compliance, and advocate for dignity, inclusion, and independence while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven culture with growth opportunities.
