You will provide remote support, monitor network equipment, and ensure timely ticket closure while maintaining clear communication with customers. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and 24/7/365 readiness. Experience in telecom or software support is preferred, with a focus on Microsoft Office, NMS tools, #J-18808-Ljbffr Aventiv
