Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm

Pay Range: $110k - $130k

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Facilities Manager in Oconomowoc.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring strict adherence to local, state, and government safety and environmental rules and regulations; conducting safety meetings and training.
• Read, interpret, and create work guides, schematics, and manuals.
• Plan and prioritize preventative maintenance schedules that maximize up time that ensure alignment with production priorities.
• Oversee and optimize maintenance operations, equipment performance, and production schedules.
• Making decisions on part procurement, fabrication, or modification as needed.
• Manage record-keeping, attendance, and documentation for maintenance programs.
• Assigning and reviewing work for quality and completion; managing shift and overtime schedules.
• Train and evaluate employee’s performance, address discipline, and foster good employee relations.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team, identifying hiring and training needs, building a positive can-do culture, and leading by example.
• Professionally represent the company during interactions with customers, suppliers, management, and department leaders.
• Lead initiatives in maintenance and reliability strategies, including 7S, root-cause analysis, 5Y activities, and project management.
• Supporting production teams in safety, quality, and compliance audits.
• Budget and manage maintenance costs; ensuring efficient personnel, inventory, and spare parts management.
• As required, performs hands-on duties to assist with repairs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing facilities within fluid industry, supporting chemical, plastics, composites, or resin-based manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory or lead role
