Silkroad has proudly served the Colorado Springs area for over 4 years. Based at 125 Troy Hill Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 , we support our team with efficient routes, reliable equipment, and a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and respect.

Pay & Benefits

$170–$190/day after 30 days
$140/day paid training (1–2 weeks)
$100 onboarding bonus
$150 Week 1 solo bonus
$150 30-day bonus
Health insurance (50% employer-paid)

PTO after 1 year
Company vehicle and uniforms provided

Schedule & Hours

Full-Time and Part-Time available
Full-Time: Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, or Wed–Sun
Part-Time: 2–3 days/week (Fri–Mon)
Start time: 8:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Perform delivery driver and package delivery duties safely
Pick up vehicle and packages from the FedEx terminal
Conduct pre/post-trip inspections
Load, scan, log, and deliver packages accurately
Use GPS and routing technology efficiently
Handle packages up to 150 lbs safely

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license required
Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Must be willing to submit to a DOT physical exam (paid by employer)
CDL not required
Military veterans are encouraged to apply
