Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Locations: Multiple locations across Texas Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient therapy team. The PT will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while helping individuals improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans Provide therapy for injuries, surgeries, pain, and mobility issues Use exercises and hands-on techniques to improve patient movement and strength Track patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care Participate in learning and team development activities Patient Population / Specialties: Clinicians may treat a diverse outpatient caseload, including: Orthopedic injuries Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation Sports injuries Neurological conditions Spine-related disorders Gait and balance impairments Vestibular and concussion care Manual therapy cases Requirements : Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE accredited). Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
