At Central Coast Party Helpers, we bring life to events across the Central Coast with reliable, friendly, and professional event coordination and staffing. From weddings to corporate galas, our team ensures every event runs seamlessly. We are looking for an organized and personable  HR Administrative Agent to join our core team and help us build, support, and schedule our incredible workforce.

As our HR Administrative Agent , you will serve as the primary point of contact for our event staff and internal administration. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and general administrative operations to keep our staffing pipeline active and reliable, following California Labor Laws.

Qualifications

Must live in SLO County - preferred Paso Robles, Atascadero, Templeton.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or staffing roles (event or hospitality experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using scheduling tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
