Physical Therapist Assistant

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support in-home rehabilitation services for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices to help clients maintain safety and independence at home. You will document progress, report changes in condition, collaborate with nurses and caregivers, and promote compliance with therapy programs.
