LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Globe, Arizona

• Specialty: CRNA

• Dates/Schedule: Start ASAC

• Must have at least 3 weeks/month
\n
• Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
\n
• Length of Assignment: 3 months with option to extend
\n
• Case Mix: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath Lab. No hearts or neuro.
\n
• Majority Case Type: Ortho and General
\n
• CALL: Beeper Call Required. Weeknight and Weekend
\n
• Weeknight pager 3 PM - 7 AM on the 3rd week of the month. Will have 1-2 calls/week
\n
• Weekends pager: 1 weekend/month. Saturday, Sunday 24 /hours. 4 week rotation
\n
• # of OR's: 2
\n
• Active License
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
\n
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
\n
