Are you an organized, tech-savvy multitasker who stays cool under pressure? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Clerk to become the hub of a thriving Homestead operations team! In this hands-on role, you will manage and support the daily schedules of a team of drivers using the Simpro dispatch system, handle incoming calls and service intakes, and keep the office running smoothly with a variety of administrative tasks. Requirements:

• Manage and support the daily schedules and assignments of drivers within the Simpro dispatch system
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handling customer intakes accurately and professionally
• Coordinate with drivers in the field through iOS and Android tablets, keeping schedules and updates current
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and iOS/Android devices; Simpro experience is a plus
• Administrative, receptionist, or dispatch background preferred but not required
• Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to switch between tasks quickly

Schedule & Pay:

• Full Time – Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $18.00 – $22.00 D.O.E.
