Tax Manager

A growing accounting, tax, and consulting firm is seeking aTax Manager to review complex trust, partnershipand corporate tax returns. Additionally, you will superviseand evaluate associates, develop new clients, assist in firm administrative functions, manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet deadlines, and provide supervision, training, and support to staff. You will workMondaythrough Fridayfrom 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Review complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returned prepared by tax staff for accuracy Supervise Associates, Senior Associates and Supervisors, provide feedback, and evaluate their progress Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm Assist with administrative functions as assigned by the members Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines Provide supervision, training, and support to the staff and promote open communication
