Maintenance Planner & SchedulerLocation: Lancaster, PennsylvaniaBase Salary – $90,000 – $95,000Industry: Manufacturing & ProductionJob Category: Manufacturing – Other ManufacturingClient: Arconic / UCNJob Description:The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler exists to support the objectives of the plant and assigned areas in managing the 24/7 planning and scheduling of the craft personnel and maintenance work throughout the facility.This position will plan, organize, coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, plant projects or project assignments utilizing in-house maintenance personnel, outside contractors or vendors.Responsibilities include:Project lay-out/scope of workPurchase of needed parts and/or materials from bill-of-materialBasic specification and design and development of printsSubmittal of contract bids for quote and awardFacilitate daily work assignments and projects for maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure the tasks are performed to high-quality standards in a timely mannerProvide daily schedules, step-by-step plans and equipment outage schedulesProvide detailed, step-by-step plans, parts, and materials to the Crafts & SchedulersCoordinators and contractors which will allow them to efficiently complete their workQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution3 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
