Licensed Massage Therapist at NKY Luxury Day Spa
$37 - $44 per hourWoodhouse
Passion Meets Purpose at Woodhouse
At Woodhouse, we provide self-care that lasts. We believe that wellness and luxury should be accessible, and our customizable treatments and relaxing atmosphere provide the opportunity for our guest to feel revived and renewed long after they leave us. If you're a Kentucky-licensed massage therapist who loves helping people feel better and you want to work somewhere that keeps you busy without burning you out, we'd love to meet you. At Woodhouse Spa - Northern Kentucky, our therapists are respected professionals, not service providers rushing through a schedule. We've built a strong, loyal guest base and we're growing.
What You'll Love Here:
- Competitive hourly base pay + enhancements + tips: expect to earn $37 - $44 per hour (inclusive of tips and enhancements)
- Established clientele - we aim to keep your books full but we also respect your longevity in this career
- Paid training in our award-winning protocols
- Retirement plan with company match (up to 3%)
- Health insurance options for full-time team members
- PTO eligibility
- Generous service and retail discounts for you and your friends and family
- Ongoing continuing education opportunities
- Consistent leadership and a collaborative team culture where you're supported, valued, and part of something exceptional
What the Role Looks Like:
- You'll provide exceptional customized massage experiences using our proven Woodhouse protocols while still bringing your own intuition and skill to every session.
- Deliver therapeutic and relaxation massage services; up to 48 services per shift (with proper scheduling flow)
- Thoughtfully recommend enhancements and follow-up care
- Maintain clean, prepared treatment rooms
- Commit to continued growth and learning
What We're Looking For:
- Active Kentucky Massage Therapy License
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
- A therapist who values wellness, teamwork, and consistency
- Spa experience preferred, but not required
Full-time and part-time positions available. If you're ready to build a steady book in a beautiful spa environment where your work is appreciated, let's talk.
