Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematologist Oncologist to join talented team in NW Indiana.

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Average outpatient volume: 8 – 10 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 3 patients per day

  • Benign Hematology conditions
