Experienced Tree Workers

Overview Owen Tree Service is seeking Experienced Tree Workers (minimum 1 year preferred) for Residential Crews, Land Clearing Crews and Right‑of‑Way (R‑O‑W) Crews. A CDL license is required. Positions available include Crew Foremen, Climbers, Aerial Lift Operators, Tree Equipment Operators, Groundsmen, and other roles. Our service area covers SE Michigan, with primary work in Genesee, Lapeer, Oakland, Macomb and St Clair Counties. Openings are available at both Pontiac and Attica locations. Responsibilities / Opportunities Perform tree care, removal, and related tasks for residential, land-clearing, and R‑O‑W projects. Operate equipment appropriate to the role (e.g., aerial lifts, machinery) as assigned. Collaborate with crew members to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and on‑time project completion. Follow company safety policies and industry best practices. Qualifications CDL license required. Minimum 1 year of tree service experience preferred. Clean driving record. Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening. Willingness to work in varied outdoor conditions and environments.
