About the Role
Copado is the leader in AI-native DevOps for Salesforce and enterprise cloud teams. As we build Agentia , our next-generation unified DevOps experience, we are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Senior Product Manager to define and build the future of autonomous testing.

In this role, you will lead the charge in evolving our testing ecosystem into a highly stable, scalable platform infused with cutting-edge AI and AgentOps capabilities. You thrive in fast-paced growth environments, possess a deep technical understanding of test design, and know how to transform complex, multi-system environments into elegant platform experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that testing is a frictionless, intelligent, and deeply integrated part of our customers' continuous delivery pipeline.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & AI Innovation

• Drive the Testing Vision: Develop and lead the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for your product area, ensuring tight alignment with Copado's broader AI-native vision.
• Build the Future of AI Testing: Conceive, scope, and ship intelligent, AI-driven testing capabilities that assist, optimize, and automate legacy workflows.
• Balance the Roadmap: Partner closely with engineering to deliver a high-impact roadmap, skillfully balancing short-term feature velocity with long-term platform stability.
• Product Launch & Monetization: Prepare proposals and own the end-to-end execution of new product launches, including defining pricing and packaging strategies.

Platform Scalability & Integration

• Architect for Scale: Design and build core platform frameworks that scale seamlessly and offer robust integration capabilities for external systems and services.
• Lead in Technical Domains: Act as the domain expert, comfortably leading highly complex, deeply technical initiatives that require cross-squad alignment and distinct analytical problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

• Unified Product Experience: Collaborate closely with other product teams to maintain a cohesive end-to-end platform experience across Plan → Build → Test → Release → Operate.
• Squad Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Design, Research, and QA to ensure the highest quality delivery of product outcomes while building an inclusive, happy, and effective team environment.
• Go-To-Market Enablement: Clearly communicate product context, roadmap milestones, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders; actively enable our Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Data-Driven Discovery & Validation

• User-Centric Research: Partner with the Design and Research teams to conduct continuous user interviews and discovery, uncovering new friction points and market opportunities.
• Define Success Metrics: Establish, track, and analyze key target metrics to evaluate product success, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements across the product development lifecycle.
• Turn Ambiguity into Action: Translate complex, disparate, and sometimes ambiguous behavioral data and technical telemetry into crisp, actionable product priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Owner role, with a proven track record of successfully shipping B2B SaaS products at scale in fast-paced, agile environments.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science , Analytics, Mathematics, or a related technical field involving coding (or equivalent practical technical experience).
• Deep technical domain expertise in test automation, test design principles, and building scalable developer platforms or integrations.
• Hands-on AI experience , specifically building AI-assisted features or working with generative AI workflows.
• Startup/Growth mindset: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, and execute efficiently in high-growth environments.
• Strong data literacy: Comfortable diving deeply into data yourself to make evidence-based, data-driven product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with a natural ability to simplify highly technical concepts and inspire a cross-functional team.

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 180,000 USD per year (New Orleans)
