Medical Device Assembler – No Experience Required

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30PM-3:30AM

Are you looking to start a career in manufacturing? We are hiring Medical Device Assemblers to join our growing production team! No previous manufacturing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

In this role, you will assemble, inspect, test, and support the production of high-quality medical devices used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). You'll work in a clean, professional manufacturing environment where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components according to detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
• Perform production, assembly, testing, and inspection tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Handle small components with precision and attention to detail.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation to ensure product traceability.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process improvements to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support daily production goals while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production objectives.
• Utilize basic computer systems and electronic data collection tools as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform additional manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous manufacturing experience required—training is provided!
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
