This firm offers benefits, great culture and an annual bonus.Responsibilities:* Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns* Review of high-net-worth individual returns* Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters* Identify tax planning opportunities* Train staff on new tax codes* Handle and resolve tax controversies* Train, mentor and supervision of staffRequirements* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting* CPA is a must* 10+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research* Expected to have good communication skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities* Experience managing and mentoring staffJob TypeDirect HireCompensation - $
