Team Lead - Full Time
Main Squeeze Juice Co | Central West End - St. Louis, MOJoin the vibrant team at Main Squeeze Juice Co as a Team Lead at our Rock Hill location! In this full-time role, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, taking on key responsibilities such as training new team members, managing inventory, and spearheading marketing initiatives and events. If you are passionate about health and wellness, and enjoy leading a team dedicated to making healthy living easier, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Marketing and Events: Assist in promoting store events and initiatives to engage the community.
- Customer Service: Provide welcoming and friendly service to every customer.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to team goals with a positive attitude, even during busy times.
Schedule
